Hi, I’m Lauren and I’m glad you’re here.

If you are seeking therapy, chances are you aren’t just looking for quick coping mechanisms or surface-level advice. You are likely looking for a space where you can finally make sense of your deepest patterns, heal old wounds, and feel truly at home in your own skin.

My name is Lauren Davis, and my approach to therapy is built on the belief that real healing requires inviting your entire Self into the room—your mind, history, relationships, and unique creative spirit—no parts left behind.

My Philosophy: The Journey of Reclamation

I am of the new school relational therapy belief that I am not a blank slate, but an active observer and gentle challenger in this work with you. My commitment to this work is deeply informed by my own lived experience and my own path of reclamation. I know intimately what it takes to untangle yourself from systems and relationships that diminish your truth, and I bring that deep empathy into every session.

I provide a specialized, highly attuned space for individuals navigating:

My Approach & Our Work Together

My clinical practice is deeply holistic, integrative, and embodied. I combine an Attachment-Based Psychodynamic framework with Integrative Somatic practices and Expressive Arts Therapy. Together, we will look at how your past influences your present, how your mind and body work as one, and how creativity can bridge the gap when words aren't enough.

Creativity is not just my clinical tool; it is my heartbeat. When I am not working with clients, I am deeply embedded in the act of making - fiber arts, singer-songwriting, music theatre performances, painting and pottery. I am the proud mother of a ferociously tender toddler, and wife to a loving husband.

I know firsthand that art, music, and performance are powerful acts of vulnerability, truth-telling, and healing. I bring that same creative, expressive energy into the therapeutic space, helping you find and reclaim your own authentic voice.

For clients who prefer consistency, please note: I am frequently changing and coloring my hair as a form of self-expression.
